About the Generation

A non-political platform for dialogue among people, leaders and media, created in Geneva by Caroline Schwab.

“Geneva is a world of its own, where the member states of the United Nations coordinate their joint efforts for peace.”

The GE World Peace Forum (GWPF) was created to promote the actions of people fighting for peace (People4Peace), fighting to preserve humanity (People4People), working green for the planet (People4Planet) and protecting animals from mistreatment and extinction (People4Animals).

Caroline Schwab launched the Geneva World Peace Forum & Festival in 2008. She is a Swiss humanist, former permanent international official of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and CEO of Be1World International in Geneva. A singer, author-composer and producer of events for peace since 1991, she has co-produced peace events in Europe, Switzerland, the Middle East, Morocco and America.

Why Geneva? Because this city is the international capital of peace: more than 193 member states and permanent missions of the United Nations, together with hundreds of humanitarian organisations and NGOs, have their headquarters here, at the heart of Europe, since 1948.

We invite you to join us to co-organise workshops, dialogues and interviews of leaders, diplomats, humanists and artists working at the "Grand Oeuvre" for humanity.
